I've seen a couple folks on reddit making these things, but everyone's was a “work in progress” or they are selling them, so no one wants to publish the files! Whipped this up pretty quick and it should serve as a good cheap 3d printed replacement. IMPORTANT!! This should be considered a CONSUMABLE PART! It will LIKELY NOT LAST PAST A FEW YEARS!!! I printed this with Bambu Labs PETG-CF. The photographs only show the post-print. You should almost certainly do post processing for this to ensure longevity. I applied filler primer, sanded, repainted with gloss black ultracover, and a UV-Protection gloss clear coat. This attaches via 3M Automotive tape. Please pay very specific attention to the instructions for your automotive tape! Apply only in warm weather (70 degrees or above). Don't be bouncing off your rev limiter the first few days. Apply this part above the seal on the door, not to touch the seal. There should be slight room. Apply it as far back as you can. Think about where you are applying this, because you will need to open and shut your door over and over with this applied. Basically, do not apply it too far towards the windshield or too high where it will touch the upper windshield trim Feel free to remix this and do what you need to do. I painted mine gloss black because I wanted it to match my gloss black mirrors and windshield trim. There is no reason why after applying filler primer and sanding, that you can't paint it with whatever designs or colors you want ;) Please post pictures after install! Especially if you painted it custom! I love seeing it!
