Sunglasses Holder for Tesla Model 3 or Y

This is a simple clip to hold sunglasses in a Tesla Model 3 or Y. You can slide the clip up under the lip of the center console and it will snap into place. We have a 2023 Model Y. I have not tested on the Model 3, but I believe the center console is the same on the older version of the 3. You might need to lift the center console material slightly away from the carpet underneath to insert the clip. I have no issues slipping it in and out, but definitely be careful when installing it. To use it, just feed one of the tips of your sunglasses through the hole. My wife figured it out right away and loves it. We put one each side of the charge pads and it frees up the space for our phones. Our legs don't hit the glasses, and you can also open the glove box without any interference. If you have more than two pair, you can add more clips to each side. UPDATE: I added a version for glasses with wider frames. The opening on that version is 24mm. It can also work for regular/narrow frames and makes it a bit easier to find the hole.
