Rear wiper motor shaft saver

After 26 years the motor of the rear wiper stopped working. The reason behind this: the Bearings of the shaft were badly worn. So the whole assembly put so much resistance on the motor - it stopped working. I installed a new motor assembly but the new unit stopped again .. after ½ year. After disassembly i found dirt inside the bearings couse the shaft end was not properly sealed. So i constructed this piece to seal the shaft and bearings. It fits on the thread and covers also the nut. Finaly to seal the bearings, you need to buy a shaft seal (10x16x4 mm). Those things keep the dirt outside and the lubrication inside. I got this one: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0BGFNC137?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title V2 the model got some improvements the chamfer at the start of the threat is a bit deeper - that way it is more easily mountablecut outs for a 24mm wrench - better to tighten the saverthe threat is a bit longer (4,5mm in stead of 3mm)The print profile got some additional layers for the support interface - so its better removable
