Large Console Tray - Pilot / Ridgeline / Passport
Disclaimer: I have printed this in PLA, but it warped in the summer heat! I printed another using PETG HF with great results, and no warping during use. Compatibility Ridgeline from 2017-2023 (Second Generation) Pilots from 2016-2022 (Third Generation) Passports from 2019-2023(Third Generation)If you have a sliding top console like in the pictures, it's a pretty safe bet this will fit. Some have said it is too small for their vehicles, but I haven't received any measurements to confirm. My model is based on the OEM part, and I used calipers to replicate the clip dimensions for a perfect fit, in addition to half a dozen prototype prints to prove out fitment. What/WhyI decided I'd like to have a larger tray for my center console of my 2023 Honda Ridgeline. I was inspired by another design I saw for a Tesla and I decided this would be a good project for me to get acquainted with Fusion (I have background in Inventor). I took some measurements from the stock part and made this tray to snap right into the stock rails inside the center console. InstallSimply lift your old tray out (it clips into place, try rocking it toward the front of vehicle if it's a little stuck) and snap in this one in its place. You may need to slightly angle this tray as you put it down into the console. The console is a little narrower at the top than at the rails. About the ModelMy Fusion model has some parameters for you to change the number of smaller sub-dividers on the side, as well as change the location of the 2 main dividers. In a future version I may remove the parameter for tray width, as you don't really want to change that, it will cause the tray to no longer fit into the slides. You can change the length of the tray and the other bits to your content.For those who don't use Fusion, I tried to provide some options by uploading models with and without the dividers, as well as with and without the perforations in the bottom. I can change the divider layout pretty easily if there is good feedback for a better setup.Happy printing!
