Tesla Model Y cargonet clips

v2 (recommended):There are two versions: one if you do not use a trunk mat, the other if you use the “Tesla Rugged Textile Rear Trunk Mat”. Print instructions: print as oriented with .4mm nozzle 30% giroid infill and 4 perimiters and no supports. Recommended material: PCCF. PLA and PETG will not work since both soften/ creep with temperatures often experienced inside the car!In order to not scratch your sill, wrap the back of your clip in tape (as shown in the second picture) v1 (not reccomeded):The spacer is neccessary if you do not have a trunk mat.Tollerances are tight, once spacer is installed, it is very hard to remove.Do not print in low temperature plastics like PLA, it will soften on summer days and might be to brital. This will need to be printed in high temperatur resistant material that does not creep over time! I recommend PCCF eventough PC might also work.Supports are neccessary (I think).
