BNR32 - Nissan Skyline R32 GTR - Headlight / Headlamp stud adaptor

Hey team,This is a fairly obscure print for those Nissan R32 GTR owners out there with “N1” headlamps and are missing the central stud which holds on brackets for the centre grille.Example image of the standard stud which should be present: Click hereFor whatever reason, this centre stud was missing on my vehicle and I needed a solution for a blind hole and a keyway. The recess in the headlight didn't have any existing threads or obvious means of attaching a stud. I was also unable to find a part number for the stud in question, so I suspect the headlights on my vehicle may be from another R32 (non-GTR model), so these studs were likely not inserted by Nissan at the factory.As a result I've put together a simple plug which goes into this recess and makes use of the keyway to prevent the plug from rotating when inserting a bolt.In my case I designed the plug to accept a 20 mm M6 stainless cap head bolt, making use of the standard galvanised split washer which came with the new bumper grill brackets from Nissan (see part numbers below).The plug is designed to be a snug fit and printed in TPU to prevent cracking. Once the bolt is inserted, the TPU will swell slightly making a tight fit and a strong anchor for the bolt.
