Bmw sound system rear speakers box (E23, E28, E30). Cool, huh?) **Base model:** You can print base model as one part. Or there is sliced models attached for print by parts (**rearBox_slice_*.stl**) and then glue it together (i have tested this method, see the photos, works fine). Original (sound system or BMW simple) speakers can be used! **Covers:** I recommend to skin covers with acoustic-transparent textile or any other acoustic textile. There's holes for magnets - this is how covers mean to be fastened to the speaker box. Neodymium magnets i used (L10W5H2): https://www.k206.net/catalog/361/4293/ *p.s. some double sided tape can work too =)* **Tweeter mount:** Custom tweeter mount has dimensions of original tweeter. By default, tweeter mount has a hole with the diameter of ~38mm - it is ok for most universal tweeters. But if you want to use some tweeters with irregular or individual dimensions - contact me, i will change the model for your size! Also you can use original tweeters (you dont need to print **tweeterMount.stl** in this case). **Badge model:** Must be printed in SLA\DLP. After print, some acryllic paint or white sealant can be used to fill the text of a model. Badge can be mounted onto a **cover_bottom.stl**, after the cover is skinned. With two small screws (m2x6mm). Some sanding needed after print. I used 120-150grit and a flex putty. Perfect for structure paint!
