NC Miata MX5 USB Port

USB Port housing for NC MX5 / Miata. Many other designs have sliding components or tabs that clip in. These are difficult to print with strength and usually break off. I designed this USB port housing to screw together with 4x M3x8mm screws. Included are the small caps with clearance adjustable by rotating them taking note of the number of dots on them. More dots mean less clearance to the rear of the MX5 fascia panel. This makes the port housing fit snug without rattle. This prints with very little support. The texture from the Bambu Textured PEI plate matches the OE texture on the face of the USB housing. You will need to buy some M3x8mm screws to put this together. A model of the USB port is included for reference. I printed this with ASA, but it prints well with ABS or PLA. Be aware that PLA might warp inside a hot car. The model file included has all the components assembled including the USB port and screws. Don't print the screws, buy steel ones.
