It will require sanding and using epoxy to smooth and fill any gaps. I painted it with automotive spray paint.Update: I added two are diffuser/redirectors. These help push the air to each side and towards the body instead of straight down. It is about 12 degrees to each side and 30 degrees toward the person. These are optional. Knob bolt h and nut: ¼ in hex bolt with matching nut. I think a 6mm bolt will th work too
