AP1 style (LARGE) SIDE SKIRTS - NB Miata (mx-5)

3D printed AP1 style side skirts (large tupperware) for your Miata? Absolutely! Designed using 3D scans, these large side skirts were made to fit well. However, due to rust, bondo, and small differences between individual cars, some sanding around the edges may be needed to match your Yata’s lines. It is also possible that the total length may vary slightly; if that happens, you can shorten one of the center sections and then weld the pieces together. The files are split to fit the most common printer bed sizes (9 or 12 parts per side). The provided files are for the left side; to print the right side, simply mirror them in your slicer. If you need a different split for your printer, feel free to reach out – no problem. Assembly instructions are shown in the photos to make the process easier. The fitment has been tested and is shown in the photos. For the strongest bond, I recommend welding the parts together using a soldering iron and filament. Based on my experience with similar skirts, I suggest using rivnuts on the bottom of the sill and screws through the skirts. On the top edge, a dedicated flat area has been modeled specifically for applying polyurethane glue or good double-sided tape to help with attachment.
