Jeep XJ Cherokee 1" inch hood spacer

This 1-inch hood spacer is designed for the 1984–2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ to provide extra under-hood clearance and heat ventilation.Printed in PETG, with 5 walls and 30% gyroid infill, it should be strong enough and temperature-resistant for engine-bay conditions. If you want to be extra safe, you can increase infill, wall count, or switch to a higher-temp material like ABS or CF-PETG. For an experimental twist, TPU could also work — its flexibility helps absorb vibration and reduce hood rattle.Bolt holes are sized for M8 × 1.25 hinge bolts. Four bolts are required (two per hinge).
