Jeep XJ Coolant Overflow Cap 1990–2001

Replacement cap for the coolant overflow tank on 1990–2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ models. Designed for a snug fit and easy installation, this cap is ideal if your original is cracked, missing, or worn out. This model is based on detailed measurements I took from my own XJ before leaving, but I haven’t yet been able to physically test the fit on my car. It should be very close, but slight adjustments may be needed depending on your setup—feedback is welcome. PETG (or similar) is strongly recommended for its balance of heat resistance and flexibility, which helps ensure a secure fit.There are options included for debossed (engraved) text for a clean, subtle look, or multi-color text for those with an AMS/multi-material setup—allowing you to print the lettering in a contrasting filament for better visibility and style.
