Tested on multiple Schrader valves—fit may feel a bit tight at first. If so, just thread it on and off a few times to break it in. A little wear-in helps improve the fit. ⚙️ Auto Version AssemblyInstall the O-ring and spring onto the stem valve.Insert the stem valve into the deflator base housing.Thread on the lock ring, followed by the cap.Insert the final O-ring into the Schrader port.An adjustment procedure is required to tune the AUTO version—a tool is currently being developed for this. A video tutorial will be available soon. 🔧 How to Use:Remove the valve cap.Thread the deflator onto the Schrader valve.Use a timer, your phone, or count in your head. After a few test runs, you’ll know roughly how long it takes to reach your desired PSI.Don’t over-tighten. When you hear the maximum airflow sound, stop threading — this prevents damage to the internal pin. Manual VersionThis version needs a timer—or just a mental countdown if you're chill like that. 😄 It prints support-free and doesn’t require any extra parts. You can use two at once on the same side. To use: remove all four valve caps, thread the deflators onto one side (or both), and start counting. For example, after some testing, you might find that 2:00 minutes drops the pressure from 26 PSI to 15 PSI. It’s simple, reliable, and avoids the occasional sticking or quirks that come with moving parts.Bonus move: ask your girlfriend or besties to handle the other side—so go ahead and print four! Enjoy that trailhead breeze before the ride. 😌 Automatic Stop VersionA slick, hands-off option! After testing and tuning to your target pressure, these will automatically stop deflating when they reach it. They require specific springs and O-rings. I haven’t matched a widely available spring yet, so I’ve provided exact dimensions in the model profile so you can source your own. Sizing information can be found in the Auto-Profile description. ⚠️ A Few Notes:There's no universal "law" for how much PSI to drop — it varies based on your vehicle, tire type, terrain, and load.Some tires aren't designed to be deflated significantly. Make sure your tire model can handle reduced pressure.Never exceed the recommended speed for deflated tires. A good rule of thumb is to stay below 70 km/h, but this can vary depending on your vehicle, weight, and driving style.Do your research. This is just a tool — you're in charge of how you use it.
